Key Responsibilities

* Engage daily with clients, delivering custom solutions through consultations, surveys, in-depth projects, events, and teleconferences, addressing diverse business requirements.
* Manage custom client solutions from start to finish, encompassing project planning, initiation, client and expert interaction, expert recruitment, vetting, follow-up, and compliance.
* Execute full-cycle expert recruitment: identifying leads, conducting outreach, and promoting Vector Research's model to attract new experts for specific client needs.

The position also entails developing new surveys and content based on survey participant profiles/business requirements, assisting in creating industry classifications and topical structures, and interpreting summary results for client use.

* Aid in developing and implementing Vector Research’s content/data/metadata procedures.
* Conduct research on company and industry information to generate new surveys and content.
* Cross-reference survey and other data to produce comprehensive, topically relevant content.

We are seeking a seasoned, driven, resourceful, and accomplished sales professional focused on new business acquisition to join our expanding Corporate Sales team. With a proven record of sales success, you’ll concentrate on selling to major Fortune 1000 companies, particularly the largest and most intricate organizations. This role provides significant autonomy within your designated territory, directing the overarching account strategy in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and sales leadership. The individual in this role will be a key contributor to the company’s growth and future success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assume responsibility for all aspects of the sales cycle within your territory, targeting professionals in Corporate Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Business Development, Investor Relations, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
* Investigate prospects, conduct outreach, initiate conversations, cultivate relationships, deliver product demonstrations, oversee product trials, and most importantly: secure contracts. This is a complete new business sales role and all tasks are approached with the same level of dedication.
* Collaborate with our SDR team to develop prospecting plans and generate sales opportunities.
* Create accurate sales forecasts and develop the necessary pipeline to meet or surpass quota targets.
* Work closely with our Product Specialist team during product trials to ensure client engagement and a successful purchase.
* Collaborate with Account Management to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the contract duration, as well as converting internally identified upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
